Sperm Bank
It is a fact that with ageing men’s fertility diminishes. Certain diseases, the medicines taken against these diseases, external environmental impacts, traumas and accidents can cause the diminishment of the men’s fertility, moreover these can cause infertility. Child-planning has been put off, so it can happen that the man’s spermatozoa are no more capable of spontaneous begetting.
It can happen that the sperm of a man having a relationship with a woman is not even usable for artificial insemination, or contains hereditary diseases (for example, haemophilia). In these cases, the use of a donor’s sperm can be a solution for the family. Moreover, nowadays, single women can also use donated sperms for artificial insemination according to some restricted conditions.
Our Institute welcomes young and healthy men to our sperm donor program! We expect the applications of men between the age of 18-35, who did not yet take part in gamete donating programs in Hungary, and who acknowledge that they cannot take part in any other gamete donating programs in any other health institute.
